Customer Experience Assistant

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment while be able to deliver a high standard of customer service. As Customer Experience Assistant you will be the first port of call for all incoming enquiries ensuring they are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Main duties include the below:

  • Processing customer quotation requests and inputting onto a CRM for the sales estimators.
    Checking inbound enquiries for correct information and contacting customers if more information is needed to quote.
    Answering customer queries by phone regarding ordering and quotations.
    Answering, forwarding, and screening telephone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
    Having a positive helpful attitude.
    Ensuring that calls are handled efficiently and effectively.
    Providing excellent customer service.
    Experience in the steel door market is not required, and full training will be provided.

 Required Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or sales support role
    Consistent and professional manner.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
    Good time management skills.

 The Hours 

  • This role is based in our Morecambe office on White Lund.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
    Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm with the exception of Wednesday which is 7:00am – 4:00pm
