Strongdor are recruiting an exciting position of Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join the team, based in Morecambe. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about their role, delivering excellence in customer experience, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment both in person and on the telephone.

Job Description
This role is key to our customer experience. You will be responsible for:
- Answering, forwarding, and screening telephone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Having a positive helpful attitude.
Ensuring that calls are handled efficiently and effectively.
Providing sufficient information about who is calling and why.
Providing excellent customer service.
Sending messages via, teams, emails and other methods to ensure that the call information is with the right person as quickly as possible.
Greeting customers face to face.
Ordering/arranging catering for marketing events and customer visits.
Monitoring the live chat customer enquiries.
Support marketing team in administration tasks for example: purchasing items for events, researching promotional items and hotel/flight bookings for the Marketing Director.
What do we need from you?
- Prior experience as a receptionist, administrator or hospitality fields.
We are looking for a confident and friendly individual, both on the phones and in person, who is passionate about giving great service to our customers.
Consistent and professional manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
Previous hospitality skills would be desirable

The Hours
- This role is based in our Morecambe office on White Lund.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. May consider part time hours for the right candidate.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm with the exception of Wednesday which is 7:00am – 4:00pm
