What to Expect in Our Fire Door CPD

Being our first RIBA-Accredited CPD we wanted to cover a hot topic in our industry; fire-rated doors. This topic is vital to the safety of individuals and with legislation changing every year, we want to make sure you have the most up-to-date knowledge.

Our CPD focuses on the importance of understanding fire-rated steel doors from the very beginning of design and planning. We explore the different test standards and deconstruct everything that makes a steel fire-rated door. We have packed our CPD full of industry knowledge to keep you well-informed when it comes to specifying fire-rated steel doors.

Each attendee of our CPDs will receive a certification of attendance, either digitally or paper copy to allow them to log their attendance with the relevant bodies.

Who Can Join Our RIBA CPD?

We have fire test footage, in-depth information about the difference between internal and external doors and the complex journey a fire-rated door goes through before entering the market.

Although we are certified by RIBA, we open our CPD up to anyone who may be in the industry. Technical architects, specifiers, and construction professionals can register to expand their knowledge on fire-rated doors.
