Jay has been with Strongdor for 8 years and has recently received an internal promotion to Production Manager. Responsible for leading and management of 48 Team members conducting Manufacturing Operations, Warehouse, Goods In and Dispatch. He contributes and leads Continuous Improvement activities throughout the process and supports R&D on new projects.
