On the last weekend of September, Strongdor were privileged to be a sponsor for the courageous women of Police Crime Prevention Initiatives (Police CPI), who embarked on an exhilarating descent down Portsmouth's iconic 170ft Spinnaker Tower.
Their determination and fearlessness resulted in an incredible £1,860 raised for the charity, Care of Police Survivors. This achievement far exceeded their initial fundraising target of £500, making the event an enormous success and a testament to the dedication of those involved.
Care of Police Survivors, the charity supported by Police CPI, offers peer support and counselling to families of officers lost in the line of duty. To find out more about this amazing charity, follow the link here: https://ukcops.org/
We were eager to participate and contribute to this admirable endeavour after learning about the event from Hazel Goss, Strongdor's Secured by Design representative.
Congratulations to the ladies at Police CPI for completing this challenge with huge success, we look forward to seeing what you do next time!
